Kelly has a necklace from 1 of our artists that had a clasp crack (2 yrs old). But we sent it back, she fixed it free of charge. If this was yours and it happened, and even if we would have been charged, it would still be free to you. It’s just not how you present your product to get a sale, it’s how you present your company after the sale that's the most important. It's the culture we want to instill. - Dan
